Wedding Catering FAQ

Yes! For weddings with 100 or more guests, we offer one complimentary tasting for up to two people. This typically happens 4-8 weeks before your wedding date. For smaller weddings, we can arrange a tasting for a fee that's credited back if you book with us.

Our minimum for wedding catering is 50 guests. For intimate celebrations under 50 people, we recommend our private event catering, which has more flexibility for smaller groups.

We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (May-October). That said, we've pulled together amazing weddings with less notice. If your date is coming up soon, reach out—we'll do our best to make it work.

Absolutely. We regularly accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs. Let us know your guests' requirements during planning, and we'll create delicious options that don't feel like an afterthought.

We provide all serviceware (plates, glasses, silverware) and can coordinate with rental companies for tables, chairs, and linens. Many venues already have these items, so we'll work with what's available or help you arrange rentals as needed.

No problem! We cater at barns, vineyards, private estates, and outdoor venues all the time. We bring our own equipment and can work in almost any space. We'll visit your venue beforehand to plan logistics and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Yes—customization is what we do. The menus on this page are starting points. We encourage you to mix and match, swap items, add special family recipes, or create something entirely unique. This is your celebration, and the menu should reflect that.

We focus on food, but we're happy to coordinate with beverage vendors and bartending services. We can also provide non-alcoholic signature drinks, iced tea, lemonade, and other beverages as part of your catering package.
