How Our Menu Works

We don't have one static menu because Virginia's farms don't work that way. What's perfect in June is different from what's perfect in October. Our menus are built around Virginia's seasonal harvest, with 95% of ingredients sourced from farms within 50 miles. Every menu is customized for your event based on what's fresh, your preferences, and your guests' needs. The sample menus below show our approach and style.
