Yes! We can provide detailed sourcing documentation including farm locations, food miles traveled, local sourcing percentages, and environmental impact metrics. This is particularly valuable for companies with sustainability commitments or ESG reporting requirements.

Absolutely. We regularly accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and other dietary needs. Our seasonal, farm-fresh approach makes it easy to create flavorful options for any restriction. Just provide a headcount breakdown when you book.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept checks, ACH transfers, and major credit cards. Detailed invoices include line-item pricing for easy budget tracking and approval.

Cancellations made 14+ days in advance receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to our standard cancellation terms. We understand business needs change - contact us to discuss specific situations.
